The owners have lived in Elk Grove for the past thirteen years.  They are committed to bringing the highest level of care to the seniors in their own community.  Jason and Stacey East founded Ally Independence after their own disappointing experiences hiring and working with several franchise home care agencies for their own parents.  They decided that they could create a home care organization that focused on a higher level of care, better communication, and a more compassionate approach to care.  Ally Independence’s goal is to allow people to age gracefully on their own terms.  

In addition to a focus on more personal, local care, Ally Independence provides clients with caregivers who are Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).  Having CNAs as caregivers ensures that clients are receiving the highest level of care. CNAs have over 160 hours of training, in addition to the five hour training requirement by the state of California.  All of the caregivers at Ally Independence have also had at least two years of experience as a CNA.  These individuals are exceptional caregivers who are dedicated to the field of senior care.
